Based in Brisbane, Sanjna works within Energetics’ net zero solution. With a background in economics and sustainability, she brings research and data analysis skills to help companies baseline scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and quantify emission reduction opportunities. Her experience extends to financed emissions, conducting feasibility assessments of renewable projects, reporting under national and international frameworks such as National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) and the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and identifying and quantifying new abatement technologies.
Before joining Energetics, Sanjna worked with Blue Environment, assisting a large metals processor to integrate circular economy principles through data analysis of possible waste streams and helping a local council establish textile recycling in Victoria, among other projects. She has also implemented community projects to generate carbon credits in South Asia using the Gold Standard and co-established the not-for-profit arm of the company that helped individuals to act on the climate.
