Hayley is a consultant in the Melbourne team with a background in economics. She supports large corporate and public sector clients in building climate resilience through understanding and managing climate-related risks and adapting to a decarbonising world. She develops strategic approaches to help clients mitigate and adapt to physical and transition risks, engage with the carbon markets to generate and procure offsets, manage exposure under the Safeguard Mechanism, and undertake climate risk disclosure under the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). She also supports clients in navigating carbon policy, hydrogen energy, emissions quantification, and compliance and voluntary reporting requirements
