CEM® training recognises individuals who have demonstrated high levels of experience, competence, proficiency, and ethical fitness in the energy management profession.

Certification
On completion of the training program candidates will be provided completion documentation. The certification exam, on the 5th day of the program, is optional. On successful completion of the exam candidates will achieve a designation of Energy Manager In-Training (EMIT™) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM®), subject to prerequisite education and employment experience.
