Based in Melbourne, Carissa has a background in finance and analytics. She manages strategic climate resilience and decarbonisation projects, specialising in climate risk assessments supported by both qualitative and quantitative scenario analysis. In her role, she helps clients develop risk management strategies to guide disclosure, aligned with the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) framework. Carissa is also a skilled emissions quantification practitioner, helping clients meet their reporting requirements under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act as well as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol for voluntary scope 3 emissions. Stemming from this, she provides advice on targeting setting under the Science-based Target Initiative (SBTi).


Carissa has expertise in overseeing complex projects and uses her stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities to produce high-quality deliverables for our clients.
