Position: General Manager - People and Culture

As General Manager, People and Culture, Matt plays a critical executive role in Energetics’ business by leading the strategy and tactical execution of systems, processes and initiatives that cover the full employee lifecycle. He is responsible for the development of the Talent Strategy which articulates our plan for resourcing and developing the businesses and leading the Resource Management function, ensuring projects efficiently transition from contract to delivery.

He is accountable for Employee Engagement and Wellbeing and providing leadership of the cultural framework through the clear articulation of the firm’s values and behaviours.
