Adeline’s background in chemical engineering helped her recognise the importance of sustainable and environmentally responsible energy. She subsequently undertook a PhD at the University of Cambridge to study renewable energy; this involved investigating how to reduce the energy consumption of packed bed reactors and provided insight into better design principles for biofuel reactors. Adeline’s work has a strong focus on data analysis and research, being used to assist clients in addressing climate risks and opportunities, forecasting carbon prices, reporting emissions and developing data validation tools.
