In the March edition of Company Director, the publication of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Dr Peter Holt was interviewed about the changing nature of climate disclosures in Australia. With the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) both signalling they will start to pay much closer attention to organisations' climate claims, Dr Holt explains the need for organisations to “...have auditable evidence bases for their climate disclosures, from the initial source data right through to the claims they make based on this data.”
