Adeline is highly skilled in data analysis, research, and chemical engineering. Through extensive work with government departments and large mining companies, Adeline has developed a specialty in emissions reporting, forecasting carbon prices, developing data validation tools, and shaping corporate sustainability-related strategies and governance processes. She is an accomplished climate modeller and has managed significant and complex projects such as work relating to Energetics’ proprietary carbon forecasting tool. Recently, she was one of the few industry leaders to receive the Chloe Munro Scholarship for Transformational Leadership.
Prior to joining Energetics, Adeline studied chemical engineering, leading her to recognise the importance of sustainable and environmentally responsible energy. She subsequently won a scholarship to undertake a PhD at the University of Cambridge to study renewable energy. In her work she investigated how to reduce the energy consumption of packed bed reactors and provided insight into better design principles for biofuel reactors.
