  • Site, group and company marginal cost of carbon abatement curves, their meaning and use;
  • Management system diagnostics using Energetics' One-2-Five(R) suite of diagnostic tools allowing clients to isolate those critical actions which will result in the most significant improvements to their management systems and will deliver cost savings;
  • Development of realistic targets and KPIs in the context of client's baseline and known/potential opportunities;
  • Energy/carbon/water baseline development and forecasting, including consideration of opportunities to reduce these and addressing performance in KPIs;
  • Detailed site assessments for cost reduction and compliance requirements;
  • Reporting systems and structures including Energetics' energy, greenhouse and sustainability database; and
  • Audit and verification services.

Program management through to implementation maximizes returns

Energetics offers an end to end service, identifying opportunities, accessing government monies if these are available, facilitating the implementation of improvement programs and measuring the outcomes. Energetics work with clients on projects from start to finish to ensure it delivers maximum value. A case study of such a program is Energetics' work with Xstrata Coal where assistance was provided to the client in meeting the needs of the ESAP and EEO programs in an integrated manner. This streamlined approach meant that Xstrata Coal saved money on process and administration and maximized the returns from assessments. More information on this case study can be found on the EEO website.
