Attend the A2SE's Energy Productivity Forum: join the discussion about a key business opportunity for 2014
06 Mar 2014Archived News Jonathan Jutsen Energetics in the News

Promoting and supporting initiatives that improve energy productivity ensures that as a nation we make optimal use of our energy resources to maximise domestic production.  Other countries are recognising the value in focussing on energy productivity.  Most recently we have seen the US adopt a goal of doubling its energy productivity by 2030.

Be part of a forum that considers the future direction of energy management in Australia.

Key questions that will be covered over the two days include:

  • how does the energy productivity of key sectors of our economy compare with world best practice?

  • how would each economic sector most cost effectively double its energy productivity by 2030?

  • what economic benefits would a doubling of energy productivity in each sector deliver?

  • what are the key obstacles that need to be overcome?

  • what policy measures are required to support doubling energy productivity?
