Peter Chapman
Chairman
Peter Chapman is the CEO and major shareholder of Accretion. Peter has 21 years experience in private equity incorporating investment management roles with Citicorp Capital Investors, N M Rothschild and Accretion. Peter is the Chairman of the Board of Energetics Holdings and is based in Sydney.
Anthony Duncan
Non-Executive Director
Ant Duncan is the Director of Accretion Investment Management. He has over 20 years experience in finance and industry including 3 years as an investor and CFO in the management buy-in of Moore Australasia, a commercial printing business (A$125m revenue) that was successfully exited in 2001. Ant is a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Energetics Holdings and is based in Melbourne.
Tony Cooper
Executive Director
Tony has over 15 years experience consulting to business on energy and climate change matters. As Chief Executive Officer since 2006, Tony has been a key driver behind Energetics’ strategic positioning which saw the organisation shift from an engineering firm to a management consultancy specialising in climate change. He has successfully led Energetics through the sale of its technology arm, a management buy out, and the global financial crisis - where the company was able to meet its financial targets and compete with major industry players.
Jonathan Jutsen
Executive Director
Jon founded Energetics in 1984, and is currently Executive Director, responsible for business development. Jon is a leading international expert on energy and carbon management with 30 years’ experience in the field, and has been recognised widely for his contributions. He is known for his innovation, and his public advocacy of effective action on climate change. Jon works with executive teams and Boards to assist them to understand the business opportunities from pro-active actions to mitigate carbon emissions and manage climate change impacts.
