Release of the White Paper on the CPRS (12/2008)

On Monday 15 December 2008, the Government released the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) White Paper outlining the final model and the medium term target range.

Energetics’ clients will be impacted, either directly or indirectly, by the Scheme. The White Paper gives businesses the opportunity to assess the impacts of the CPRS on their business, including the opportunities it provides.

Energetics’ Client Briefing Pack is prefaced by a high-level summary of key impacts and opportunities and takes clients through medium term targets, design of the CPRS as set out in the White Paper, and draws comparison between it and the Green Paper.
