Opt-in for Liquid Fuels
Energetics provided advice for Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC) members on the Opt-In for Liquid Fuels provision in the Clean Energy Future legislation which enables large consumers of diesel to participate in the carbon scheme.
By opting-in businesses can directly manage their carbon liability as opposed to paying a carbon cost determined by fuel suppliers. There are many factors to consider.
