Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is integral to our business. All project phases from qualification of new business leads and project inception through to completion are subject to Energetics documented Project Management and Quality Assurance (PM/QA). Our quality management systems ensure Work Orders are assigned to a qualified and experienced project manager and that all project planning and deliverables are reviewed and approved by a Principal Consultant – our most senior subject matter experts – and stored on our secure Document Management System.  

We encourage client feedback through our online survey which acts as a barometer for client satisfaction and drives us to continuously improve our service offering and client experience.
