We were proud to be finalists in the 'Leading in Sustainability - Setting the Standard for Small to Medium Businesses' Banksia Award for 2013. The award recognizes businesses with less than 200 employees demonstrating leadership through fully integrating sustainable principles and practices into operational activities, reducing the organizations footprint.

Sustainability has been a part of the culture of Energetics from the time we opened our doors for business nearly 30 years ago. As a consultancy advising Australia’s largest energy users and emitters of greenhouse gases on ways to reduce their climate change impact, we are committed to practising what we preach.

CEO Tony Cooper says “Our second sustainability report, Energetics’ Sustainability Report Year Ending March 2012   describes our achievements, progress and future targets across the triple bottom line principles of sustainability: economic, environmental and social. I’m proud to say that our report clearly showcases our people’s passion for sustainability. Being an environmental role model is one of our core business values so this nomination is valued by us”.

The Banksia Sustainability Awards acknowledge excellence, dedication and leadership across areas that contribute to the environment and a sustainable future, and competitively attract many entries annually.
